If you are unable to log in to your WEBFLEET account due to lost or forgotten WEBFLEET login credentials, you will need to request a new password. To do so, follow these steps based on your WEBFLEET user profile:
You are the administrator of the WEBFLEET account and are unable to log in using your own credentials:
Contact our Technical Support and request to have your administrator user password reset. As soon as your request has been approved, the login details including a new password will be sent automatically to the e-mail address that was provided on your WEBFLEET contract.
You are not the administrator of the WEBFLEET account and are unable to log in using your credentials:
Our Technical Support is unable to provide you with new login credentials. You need to contact your WEBFLEET account administrator who will be able to reset your password if required. If you are unsure who the administrator for your account is, contact your line manager. If you are still unable to find out who the administrator is, contact Technical Support as they may be able to supply this information.
You are the administrator of the WEBFLEET account and are asked by a user to reset their password:
Being a WEBFLEET administrator you have the ability to manage user permissions through your own login credentials. Therefore you may be contacted by a user if they have forgotten their password. You can assign a new password to an existing user by generating a new password.
