10 February 2008, London: TomTom WORK, the business-to-business division of the world's leading provider of navigation solutions, has gained a prestigious award from the leading business magazine BusinessCar.
The company received the telematics award for quality of service and commitment to providing professional navigation and fleet management to companies with vehicle fleets of all sizes. The BusinessCar Awards are the only fleet awards that are wholly decided by the readers of the magazine that use these services and products as an essential part of their business and not by a roomful of “experts”.
“We are delighted to win this important award, especially since it was conferred by the people that actually use this type of service. They are the toughest judges.” said TomTom WORK UK Sales Manager Jeremy Gould.
BusinessCar Editor-in-Chief Tristan Young said: “This is a great reader-voted win for TomTom WORK in what is an increasingly competitive and important sector of the business car market. With the current economic crisis, fleets are looking to their suppliers to help cut costs and TomTom WORK is obviously a company that impresses its customers.”
