Combined with WEBFLEET, ReviewBuzz helps US-based service-based fleet operators drive positive customer reviews and online recognition

TomTom Telematics and ReviewBuzz today announced a new joint offering to help US-based service-based fleet operators drive positive customer reviews, online recognition, and word of mouth business referrals.
According to industry data, 92% of customers read online reviews and 85% of customers report they would pay more for trusted service providers . Reviews can help a business get found more often through top search engine rankings, improve operational performance by motivating employees, add to top and bottom line results through positive word of mouth marketing, lower customer acquisition costs, and drive higher employee productivity.
Through a new integration, fleet customers of TomTom WEBFLEET can now use their fleet management solution to efficiently navigate to a job site, process assigned work orders and automatically trigger a request for customer feedback through the ReviewBuzz online review and customer satisfaction survey system as soon as a service call is compete. Customers are then given the option of posting their review online. Online customer reviews help improve a business’s search engine performance and visibility on popular search engines and business ranking sites.
Kenneth Willburn, co-owner and operator of Frank’s Repair Plumbing in Amarillo, Texas, has experienced a dramatic increase in the number and quality of customer reviews since he began using the WEBFLEET/ReviewBuzz solution. In just one month, the business has received 41 positive online reviews from customers, where in the past it was fortunate to receive one review per month.
